Porgy
 - Yes...it's winking..I'm a wiseass ~MizMo

Porgy (Scup) Stenotomus chrysops

Coloration: Silver with redish highlights. Perchlike body and fin structure. Very distinct lateral line on the sides. Has lanceolate (shaped like the head of a lance) incisor teeth, wich distinguish it from similar speicies of bream and porgy. Bottom feeders, usually showing up late April to early May, staying through early October. Porgy (NE Coast) also called Scup. Highly edible.
