Fish Identification Guide

Albacore, Long fin Tuna 

Thunnus alalunga Very long, distinctive pectoral fins ending past second dorsal finlet Wedge shaped head. No yellow on fins except dorsal finlets. Anal finlets are silvery gray. This is the most valued of the tuna family, the white-meat fish.  This picture poor, front dorsal is folded. Tuna bait.
