Juveniles (under 16) who have just completed their hunters educations course, or who are hunting with their previous license/education course card, are still required to tag their deer. The free license does not come with a transport tag.
Juvenile hunters can either make their own tag, or print this page out and use the tag we have provided. Also, we have the tags printed out and available at the store if you just want to pick one up. |
| "Youth Hunter" status applies to the possessor of the Youth Hunting License or the immediate member of a qualified occupant farmer who is at least 10 years of age. The youth license is valid through Dec. 31 of the year in which he or she turns 16 years. |
