How to Use Cooking Knives - This is a batch of 10 videos with detailed info on Kitchen knives and how to use them. Very well done.
Cooking - Food Preparation - This is a batch of 4 videos (so far) related to preparing food for cooking. How to butterfly a chicken breast, how to prep a japanese blowfish (ok - not relevant to NJ coast, but really, really cool to watch!), how to cut shallots. One is actually a recipe for tequila shrimp skewers...but I haven't made a recipe player yet so for now, it's in here.

If you cook with oils this is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I have one I use for olive oil...I'm planning on getting others with a different colored bands for the other oils that I like to work with.

We sell these at the bait shop...best sharpener we've ever used! Sssssh..don't tell the manufacturer, but I've used the 001 model to sharpen my scissors...worked just fine.
