2 lb. groundbeef extra lean
1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
1 cup Stovetop stuffing for chicken
1/2 cup breadcrumbs(plain)
1/2 cup minced onion(1/4 red, 1/4 yellow)
2 eggs
1 3/4 cups milk
2 tbs. White Wine Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp basil
1 cup catsup
Thoroughly mix all the indrediants except the catsup in a large bowl. Divide in half, shape and place in two standard meatloaf pans. Coat top of loaves with catsup. Set oven for 350 degrees, cook 1 hr to 1 hr 45 min.
