Spinach-Tomato Pesto Orecchiette
26 oz Canned Spinach
3 oz Sundried Tomatoes
16 oz box Oreccheitte Pasta
Olive Oil
Your favorite Pesto Sauce
Boil orecchiette pasta. With 2 minutes left on cook time, add the spinach to the pot. Cook uncovered until water comes again to a full boil. Drain.
When pasta/spinach is boiling, add the sundried tomatoes to the pot. Cook 1-2 minutes. Drain.
Add Pesto sauce, toss and serve.
