stored until we needed them.
Tucked away inside of us,
in the hope that one day,

all might meet. As sisters.
Full years of arguments,
over clothes and rooms,
and wanting the same toys.
Years of love, hugs
& kisses,
of missed scraped knees,
and
days of comparing boys.
Still it is good and grand,
after so many years apart,
to know you now, to talk about then.
To share those years and memories,
to be together for all the ones to come,
is the greatest of joys. As sisters.
