Our Mascots 1998 Other visitors Pictures & Notes
	7/1/99 We had a visit or two from some lagoon residents--- the terrapin turtles.
Some of them have been sunning themselves on our floating dock.
	One was rescued from the road today by our friend Carlos, so we had a quick chance to snap a few pictures before letting him go back in our lagoon.

His shell looked very dry, so he may have been out of the water for some time.

	This fellow became a regular vistor in the early morning hours when it was still dark outside.
He must have found enough scraps of dropped bait to make it worth checking out the pails!
