HISTORY: The surfmaster series is built along the lines of the Squidder reel, and consisted of 3 models: models 100, 150 and 200. The 150 was the first of the series to be discontinued, in the late 80's. The other 2 models were discontinued by Penn in 2002.

Construction:
    Aluminum spool in a compact design.
    Side plates are constructed of durable distortion free plastic, protected by chrome-plated brass rings.
