Loggerhead Turtles

While fishing with my wife and son at the end of 7-bridges rd. monday afternoon we found this Loggerhead turtle floating at waters edge. The back of the shell was badly broken up from what looked like a boat prop.  So my son and I walked over to the Rutgers research building (the old coast guard station) to let someone know.  I spoke with a Dr.Beloniea who said he would contact the right people because it had just died within the hour. This lady of the sea was at least 50yr. old and
weighed over 400lbs.! I gotta tell you that I was more than a little sad to hear her take her last breath! 
Please boaters, keep an eye out while screamming across the waters.
